During the COVID-19 pandemic, Boulder Mountain Resort stands ready to continue our commitment to help protect the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community at-large.

In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment, we have put a number of policies, recommendations, and procedures in place at Boulder Mountain Resort. These include:


Guest Considerations

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or live with someone that does, we ask that you stay home, get tested, and do not visit our resort.

In the case that symptoms become apparent before your reserved stay, Boulder Mountain Resort will give you the opportunity to change or cancel your reservation with no charge for up to 24 hours before your stay.

Masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces and we ask that guests maintain a two meter distance from persons from other parties and our staff.

We provide and encourage the opportunity for contactless self check-in and check-out. Please call the front desk or email us for instructions.

We ask that guests that visit our front desk and store do so alone and not as a group.


Facility Considerations

Boulder Mountain Resort provides hand sanitizer at multiple locations throughout the resort and in guest accommodations and recommend that guests make best efforts to keep their hands clean at all times. Frequent and proper handwashing is encouraged as the best way of preventing all viral respiratory infections and other illnesses.

As part of elevating our robust cleaning procedures, Boulder Mountain Resort has increased the frequency of sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces of high-touch, high-traffic areas and is using products that have been listed by Health Canada as likely to be effective and may be used against SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

Public washroom facilities are maintained by a dedicated cleaning staff. These areas are monitored, sanitized on regular basis, and deep-cleaned each evening.

The maximum number of guests permitted to use a washroom at any given time may be limited by resort staff to ensure that social distancing measures are adhered to.

We ask that guests using our public hot tub do so in their private groups and limit their time to 30 minutes (one cycle of the water jets) to help ensure access for all.


Staff Considerations

Boulder Mountain Resort provides a healthy and safe work environment for all of our resort’s frontline workers through enhanced training on our COVID-19 health and safety procedures and supplies them with personal protective equipment so they can continue to feel safe while taking care of you.
